Hsinchu Christmas

The work used discarded Discs and linen rope to weave in the structure of triangular for hanging between the street trees easily. Through optical features of discarded Discs that revealed the shade of the green tree during the day, and reflected the street light in night, and the shadow of the Discs with the rope which was on the street.

Typically, art installations involve using materials that are difficult to dispose of in nature. We suggested implementing a recycling system for creating art installations to promote environmental care.

作品使用廢棄的光碟片，以細麻繩做三角形結構的編織，方便懸掛在行道樹間。利用光碟片的半透光性，白天能透出樹蔭綠意盎然的樣子；晚上則反射出街道打出的光，在街道上映出光影。
